Getting Started
- Power On: Open charging case and remove earbuds.
- Power Off: Place earbuds back in case.
- Pairing: Search for “Air1 Pro” in Bluetooth settings.
- Charging: Use included USB-C cable (5V/1A).
Troubleshooting
- Reset: place earbuds in case, hold button 5s.
- Check charging level, clean earbuds if sound unclear.
Safety
- Listen at safe volumes.
- Do not expose to water, heat, or sunlight.
- Do not attempt self-repair.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Returns & Complaints
- 14-day withdrawal right (unopened/sealed only).
- 3-year statutory complaint right (Sweden), minimum 2 years in EU.
- Non-approved complaints: customer provides return label.
