Refund policy

Consumers in the EU have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving goods.

- Notification must be sent in writing to support@wavoryx.com.
- Customers pay return shipping.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting goods.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Hygiene Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to in-ear products once the seal has been broken or the product has been used.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a handling fee of 15 EUR (Nordics) or 35 EUR (outside Nordics) will be deducted from the refund.
