§ Scope
These Terms apply to all orders placed via wavoryx.com. They do not affect your statutory consumer rights under Swedish and EU law.
§ Acceptance of Orders
- When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
- This email is only an acknowledgment, not a binding acceptance.
- A sales contract is formed only once payment has been processed and the order has been dispatched.
§ Prices and Payment
- All prices are shown in EUR, including VAT where applicable.
- Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Orders placed at incorrect prices may be canceled or adjusted with your consent.
- Multiple discount codes cannot be combined. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
- Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout (e.g. card, Klarna, PayPal where available).
- Payments may be subject to pre-authorization checks. Orders will not ship until payment has cleared.
- If your card/account is in another currency, your bank may charge conversion fees. Wavoryx is not responsible for such charges.
§ Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are processed within the handling times shown at checkout.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.
- Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs.
- Wavoryx is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Unclaimed Packages: If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a fee of 15 EUR within the Nordics and 35 EUR outside the Nordics will be charged to cover shipping and administrative costs.
§ Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
- EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving goods.
- To exercise this right, notify us in writing at support@wavoryx.com within 14 days.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Hygiene Exception: For health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to in-ear products (earbuds, silicone tips, or similar accessories) once the packaging seal has been broken or the product has been used.
§ Complaints and Faulty Products (Reklamationsrätt)
- Purchases are covered by the statutory right to complain about original manufacturing defects:
- Sweden: 3 years from delivery.
- Other EU countries: minimum 2 years (depending on local law).
- This right applies only to defects existing at delivery.
- It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Defects must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery and in writing to support@wavoryx.com.
If approved: A prepaid return label will be issued. The product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
If rejected: The customer must provide a valid shipping label to get the item back. Handling, diagnostic, or storage fees may apply. If no label is provided within a reasonable time, Wavoryx may dispose of the product.
§ Warranty
No commercial warranty is provided. Consumers’ rights are limited to the statutory right to complain under EU/Swedish law.
§ Cancellation of Orders
- Orders cannot be edited once confirmed.
- If you request cancellation, we will attempt to stop processing, but if the order has already shipped you must use the withdrawal/returns process.
§ Limitation of Liability
- Wavoryx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g. loss of data, loss of business).
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
- We do not guarantee that our earbuds or accessories will protect or improve customer devices in all situations.
§ Intellectual Property
All trademarks, images, and content on wavoryx.com are owned by Case 4 You AB or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
§ Force Majeure
Wavoryx is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, war, government restrictions).
§ Severability
If one part of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
